Policy
Department listproc lists are for administrative and department related material and must be @colorado.edu.
Procedure
1. Current department lisproc lists include: appm_faculty, appm_instructor, appm_research, appm_staff, appm_core, appm_affil, appm_mailing, appm_grad, appm_major, appm_minor, appm_undergrad, and appm_ta
2. While affiliated with any of these lists you are required to be on them as a means of administrative contact
3. No personal email addresses will be allowed
4. After retirement or graduation your name will be automatically removed from the list
5. If there are any questions regarding listproc policies email am_itsup@colorado.edu
