Important Dates for MCTP Students

Fall Semester

• Last Friday of August: Initial webpage submittal for new projects. It should contain:
• your name(s),
• your mentor's name(s), and
• a description of your project.
• Second Saturday of November from 10am to 4pm: Annual MCTP Undergraduate Research Conference. You'll need to prepare and present a 20 minute presentation about your research.
• First Friday after Finals Week: You need to submit your semester review and your webpage update. See the guidelines for details.

Spring Semester

• Last Friday of January: Initial webpage submittal for new projects. It should contain:
• your name(s),
• your mentor's name(s), and
• a description of your project.
• Mid-March: Annual SIAM Front Range Student Conference. You need to submit an abstract to the conference. If your abstract is chosen, then you'll have to prepare a talk about your research and present it at the conference.
• First Friday after Finals Week: You need to submit your semester review and your webpage update. See the guidelines for details.
