Policy
When University rooms are used for oral exams the rooms must be cleaned up and organized after the event to help facilitate reserving the rooms for future Applied Math use.
Procedure
1. The APPM Conference Room (ECOT 226) is not to be used for oral exams from this point forward.
2. Facilitators are expected to leave oral exam rooms in good condition.
3. Blackboards and whiteboards must be cleaned after use.
4. If furniture was moved to accommodate the exam, it must be returned to its standard location.
5. Remove any food trash.
6. Empty any overflowing wastebaskets.
7. Remove marker ink from ceilings, walls and furniture.
8. Each facilitator is responsible for making sure the above-outlined conditions are met.
