mailhome

Everyone on the C.U. Boulder campus has a single ``mailhome'', the computer system to which all campus email addresses for the individual point.

For example, the student Jane Q. Doe has her mailhome on ucsub.colorado.edu, like many other students. Email to any of the following addresses:

will all be routed to her mailbox on ucsub, and she must access her email from ucsub.

To change your mailhome, log on to your account on ucsu or ucsub and type the command mailhome. You will be prompted for your choice of mailhome, and the form of your address you prefer to be stamped on outgoing email.

If you have an account on the Newton Lab computers and have difficulty changing your mailhome, contact your systems administrator.
