Project/Lab 1: Black Holes

Glossary

Galagamile radius is a completely fabricated distance. However, Schwarzchild radius, also called gravitational radius, is a distance that defines the size at which a spherical astronomical object such as a star becomes a black hole.

General Relativity is a mathematical theory on gravitation. Newton's law of gravitation is F = G M1M2/d2. But Einstein developed a more elaborate and precise theory that he called General Relativity (GR). For more information on General Relativity, see this page.
