The lecture will be about interplay between
dynamical systems and algebras of operators on
Hilbert spaces.
The following main topics will be discussed or
commented on.
- Commutation relations of continuous fraction type.
- Operator algebras associated to dynamical systems and their representations.
- Applications of dynamical systems to operator algebras, and applications of operator algebras to dynamical systems.
The lecture will be of introductory review nature
with some new results explained at the end in understandable way.
