In this directory are Perl and/or PHP scripts
which help users navigate course web sites for
current and previous semesters.

"semlink.php" is used in an individual course's main directory,
	providing dynamic links to previous semesters, OR, if
	the course is currently being offered, pushing the user
	automatically to the current semester's home page.

"previous.html" is a file containing links to all existing home
	pages for previous semesters of all courses.  A cron job
	generates the file nightly using Perl script "mkhistory.pl".
