Included are the three main files (all as plain text) for the bugs code from the manuscript Dukic&Gatsonis: 'Meta-analysis of diagnostic test accuracy assessment studies with varying number of thresholds' Biometrics 59:936-946, 2003.

The files are:
	(1) the BUGS code ("RE20c.bug")
	(2) list of initial values ("RE20c.in") 
(3) one example study dataset ("s1.dat"), just to show how the data used by this program should look like.
