To use MVT, you will need a current version of
Netscape (4.51 or better) and the recent Java plugin (Mac OS X does not require a plugin). If the MVT's blue window does not appear below, then you will need to install the plugin; click below for plugin installation.
If you can't type in MVT's text fields, then you must click on something in another window other than the browser (i.e. click a link in another browser window) and then come back to this window containing the MVT.
