Dr. Vanja Dukic received a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Brown University in 2001.
She was a postoctoral fellow and visiting professor in the Department of Statistics at the University of Chicago from 2000-2001.
After that, she was an Assistant Professor (2001-2008) and then Associate Professor with tenure (2008-2010) of Biostatistics at the University of Chicago.
Dr. Dukic is now a Professor of Applied Mathematics at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She works in Bayesian and computational statistics, mostly in the areas of medicine, ecology, evolution, and risk assessment. She can be contacted at:Department of Applied Mathematics
