Std Map 4.5

StdMap displays the regular and chaotic dynamics of several "area preserving" mappings--those that arise from Hamiltonian dynamics. It will also find periodic orbits, cantori, and stable and unstable manifolds of any (symmetric) periodic orbit, and allow you to iterate arbitrary curves.

StdMap is a Mac OS X application. It requires Mac OS 10.2 or later, and runs fine under 10.5.2. This version is a unversal binary and runs on PPC or Intel Macintoshes (the file format is cross-platform, so you can happily share your maps with others). If you have an older Mac, get an earlier version:
